We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. Due to the handcrafted nature of our boards, slight variations may occur. We cannot guarantee exact matches in appearance or specifications.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order, and all transactions are processed securely. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

For surf lessons and rentals, cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Custom board orders require a non-refundable deposit. Please contact us to discuss any specific cancellation or refund needs.

5. Liability and Safety

Wave Works is not liable for any injuries incurred while participating in surfing activities. Surfing carries inherent risks, and we advise participants to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. Equipment must be used responsibly to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
